Shipping + Processing for non-digital items

All items other than The Garden Handbook and printable pack (both digital) are printed just for you! This means that processing will take a few days (usually 5-7 business days) and then it will ship directly to you from my printer! This helps prevent wasted inventory, and allows me to offer a wider range of product types and sizes.

If you order multiple item types, they will ship separately as they will be produced by different printers (ex: shirts come from one place, tumblers from another). All items are printed in the US.

If you have an order number then trust that I am watching your order status on the backend with my printers! If for some reason things seem to be taking longer than expected to receive a tracking number, please wait 7 business days before reaching out. After that, shoot me an email and I would be happy to check up on the status!

 

Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order and digital natures of my products, I do not accept returns. If there is something wrong with your product, please send me an email at info@thegardenhandbook.com

 

Packages

Shipping is through UPS or USPS and sometimes it takes a day or so for the tracking to update. If your package is showing as delivered but is not delivered, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) as unfortunately I don't have any special authority. I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged on behalf of the USPS. Sadly once it's shipped, it is out of my hands.

 

What size shirt should I get?

It's hard to offer that sort of advice online since every body shape is different! I recommend laying out your favorite t-shirt and measuring it, then comparing those measurements to the size chart on each product page.

 

Is The Garden Handbook okay for beginners? Do I need gardening experience?

The Garden Handbook was written for beginner gardeners. My hope is that it's the comprehensive resource I wish I had when I first started out!

 

What do I get with my Garden Handbook E-book or printable purchase?

These products are digital downloads. This means that after checkout you'll receive a link to your PDF file(s) to print or save. Binder not included.

 

Is the handbook applicable for gardeners in the Southern Hemisphere?

Yes! Almost everything is relevant to gardeners anywhere in the world. Just adapt to your own timeline.

  

How should I print it?

The PDFs were designed to be printed on standard 8.5"x11" paper. Any home printer will work just fine!

 

Intellectual Property

I worked my butt off on these products and just ask that you not share them. If you'd like to share the printables or information with a friend, please have them purchase the product for their own license. They may not be shared, altered, or distributed without my express written permission. Thank you for your understanding and support!!
