3. Rose Cutting Propagation Aloe Vera and Rice

While the branch is soaking, prepare a small aloe vera branch. Cut the aloe vera into small pieces and add it to the cup of lemon juice.

Aloe vera is rich in enzymes, vitamins A, C, and E, and natural mucus. It stimulates tissue regeneration, moisturizes well, and protects the root tissue from bacteria.

6. Rose Cutting Propagation Moisture and Humidity

Pour the lemon, aloe vera, and rice solution into the cup so the coconut fiber is just moist enough but not too wet. The combination of antibacterial lemon, moisturizing aloe vera, and nutritional rice creates a complete mixture.

This helps the rose branch to be protected and nourished comprehensively. Cover the cup with a plastic bag or a transparent plastic cup to create a mini greenhouse that helps maintain humidity and temperature.

Place the cup in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and strong winds. This is the ideal environment for the branch to quickly take root.

7. Rose Cutting Propagation Results

After just 10 days, you will see green shoots emerging from the dormant buds on the branch. You will also see new, plump white roots appearing around the base.

This is a sign that the branch has successfully taken root and is ready to be planted in a larger pot.

8. Rose Cutting Propagation Potting Up

Transfer the branch to a pot with a well drained substrate such as river sand. You can also use a mixture of coconut fiber, sand, and humus.

This helps the plant grow strongly and sustainably.
